ROSE STILL LIFE

Painted from the grocery store roses I bought myself after a genuinely terrible week. They'd already started wilting by the second sitting, which is honestly why the petals in the corner look a little sad — that's not a technique choice, that's just what roses do after four days in a jar with no plant food.
